Conservatorship Services
Typically a conservator is appointed when a court decides that you cannot make a decision, or if you have an illness such as
Alzheimer's Disease. In this case you are physically or mentally incapable of managing your affairs.
Conservators take control of all of the assets of the protected person and direct that any income be paid to the conservator. The protected person cannot sell his own assets or determine how they will be invested without the consent of the conservator.
