Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees may elect to contribute before tax dollars to flexible spending accounts that can be used for qualified health expenses or dependent care.

 

Life Insurance

Full time employees receive one times their annual salary of Term Life and AD & D insurance. Through Voluntary Plans, employees may choose additional coverage through payroll deductions for themselves as well as their spouse and any eligible dependents.

 

Disability Insurance

Full time employees receive fully paid short and long term disability insurance in the event of illness or accident outside of employment.

Employee Stock Ownership Program

Upon completion of one year of service and 1000 hours, employees will be eligible on the next entry date for participation in the  ESOP program. This program provides shares of Stock to our employees each year of their eligibility. Employees may watch their investments grow along with your contributed efforts. These stocks become fully vested after three years of service.

 

Employee Stock Purchase Program

Employees may choose to contribute between 1% and 15% of eligible compensation from each pay period during an election period to be used to purchase  Stock at the lower price of either the beginning or end of an election period. The bank may also offer a discount on the purchase prior to an election period.

 

401 (k) & 401 (k) Roth Plans

Employees may elect to contribute between 1% and 25% of eligible compensation from each pay period into a variety of account funds. These contributions are either on a pre-tax or after-tax basis. The bank will provide 50% matching funds on the first 4% of compensation. The matching funds are vested after three years of service.

All  employees may take advantage of discounts and/or waived fees on a number of services from checking and savings accounts to mortgages and consumer loans.

 

Paid Time-off Benefits

All employees are eligible for paid vacations depending upon position and length of service.  Full time employees are eligible for vacation, sick, and personal days.  The bank recognizes six paid holidays for all full time employees. Jury duty is paid at a rate that is equal to their normal earnings minus what they receive for their services.
